How tf it all started?
I thought — what if we could replicate and design similar friendly connections in our neighborhood through a Local Area Network.
Networking shouldn't feel like a burden. It should be led with flexibility, deeper connections, proximity, and the comfort of informal settings. With LAN, we aim to create chances for people to meet and build genuine connections.
The goal is simple: make learning and connecting fun while offering career help, emotional support, and a reliable local system. There's no “founder” of LAN — I'm just the first member. This is your community, and together, we shape it.

Local and Offline
Our core focus will always be on offline meetups. Online connections aren't useless — but the value of offline connections is much higher.
Value Exchange
A person with a mindset of only value extraction isn't for LAN. Sooner or later, we'd all know who's in here for the long term.
Formal Casual
Too serious is boring — and building connections can't happen only with work talk.
Be Respectful
If debates get heated, step away. We're all here to support each other.
